DENSE PHASE PNEUMATIC CONVEYING by Delta Neu Maroc
It is of the high-pressure type, using compressed air (pressure > 1 bar). With a relatively low Product/Air ratio, low velocities, and high transport pressure, this conveying system allows for long distances without altering the product due to its versatility. Finally, thanks to its EQUITP product, RVD Equipments’ Transport Systems are guaranteed to be free of blockages. Placed along the pipeline at a calculated distance based on the product’s complexity, EQUITP ensures the required network balancing (Equipression) without unnecessary consumption of compressed air.

They allow for the transport of large quantities of powdered materials, with an incline ranging from 5º to 12º and minimal energy costs. Apart from the fan or compressed air for fluidization, there are no mechanical elements to maintain, ensuring a smooth and continuous transport. The airflow passing through the fabric creates an air cushion that suspends the particles. This fluidization of the product facilitates the sliding of the material being transported. Depending on the dimensions and incline, the flow can reach up to 1,000 tons per hour with the high-layer airslide.

The diluted phase systems allow the rapid and efficient implementation of high-speed product transport. Our systems are based on our product lines to achieve the desired pressure:
– ROOTS type lobe blowers: GPH high pressure unit
– Side channel type booster: SCL series group
– High pressure fan: RADIALAIR HP
Apart from the fan or the fluidization compressed air, no mechanical element to maintain guaranteeing a permanent serene transport.
The airflow that passes through the canvas creates an air cushion that keeps the particles suspended.
This fluidization of the product then allows a sliding of the product to be transported.
Depending on the dimensions and inclination, the flow can reach 1,000 T/h with high layer aeroslide.
